Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and manage CPM schedules in Primavera P6 across design and construction phases.
  • •Create, update, and analyze execution schedules for concurrent projects.
  • •Develop WBS, work packages, and work package activities; establish baseline schedules.
  • •Review schedule updates, generate comparison reports, and analyze variances, scope changes, and delays.
  • •Partner with project teams to assess risks, provide reliable forecasts, and perform time impact and what-if analyses.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, project management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • •7-10 years developing and managing CPM project schedules in Primavera, including proficiency with Primavera P6.
  • •Advanced knowledge of CPM scheduling principles and of cost/resource loading for project schedules.
  • •Experience performing Time Impact Analyses and supporting recovery planning.
  • •Power generation/gas turbine generation experience, plus contract change order management and experience with large client programs.
