Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise team member activities on shift to ensure standards for people, product, cleanliness, and exceptional guest experience are fulfilled.
  • •Handle guest interactions and complaints promptly, resolving issues and maintaining a friendly sense of urgency.
  • •Ensure operational compliance, including enforcing Tim Hortons operating standards and store policies (cash, meal/break, food safety).
  • •Manage merchandising and stocking, maintain operational efficiency using the work schedule, and complete required shift documentation.
  • •Support health and safety by following safe work practices, using required PPE, and reporting incidents and unsafe conditions to the Store Manager or Area Manager.
