Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide M&P&E support for program review board meetings (CCB, MRB, PCB, ERB, PMCB) and ensure accurate technical outputs.
  • •Ensure peer reviews are completed and M&P&E positions are aligned with program deliverables and presented as “One Voice” prior to report distribution.
  • •Manage workload and coordinate M&P&E resources to meet program schedule, cost, and requirements.
  • •Lead program team activities including trade studies for materials and processes, benchmarking materials testing methods, and documenting material choice justifications.
  • •Lead technical problem resolution, participate in failure investigation/support, and mentor or train early career engineers.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a university degree or equivalent with minimum 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with minimum 3 years of experience.

  • •Experience with mechanical test methods (tensile, compression, lap shear, hardness, viscosity) and/or chemical analysis methods (FT-IR, DMA, TMA, Gas Chromatography, adhesive cure rate).
