Job Summary

Support the CEO Office and Executive Committee in shaping and executing Allianz Global Investors’ strategy. Lead cross-functional strategic projects and transformation initiatives, translating complex questions into structured analyses, decision papers, and execution plans. •Structure business questions, develop fact-based analyses, and translate findings into strategic options, recommendations, and decision papers.
•Own selected initiatives end-to-end, including scope, governance, milestone tracking, stakeholder alignment, escalation management, and benefits realization.

•Experience working with C-suite stakeholders and acting as a trusted sparring partner to senior leaders.
•Strong structured problem-solving and analytical/financial skills to develop business cases, scenarios, decision frameworks, and implementation roadmaps.
