Key Responsibilities

  • •Assess current sales tools experience and workflows to identify pain points, friction areas, and opportunities.
  • •Translate business priorities and seller needs into sales tools, workflow automation, and Gen AI future-state capabilities and investment recommendations.
  • •Use data insights and seller feedback to recommend improvements to workflow design, prioritization, and investment decisions.
  • •Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Analytics, Technology, and Enterprise CRM to define requirements, prioritize enhancements, and drive delivery via test-and-learn environments.
  • •Develop success metrics to measure the impact of tools and AI-enabled capabilities, and partner on change management to drive adoption and governance across the sales tools ecosystem.
