Lead field operations to deliver safe, reliable, efficient natural gas distribution within an assigned geographic territory. Ensure compliance with Federal and State regulations and industry best practices, drive continuous improvement, and implement operational initiatives across the operating center. Provide direction, coaching, and performance management to front-line leaders, contractors, and field employees to achieve financial, safety, and operational goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
