Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise, lead, and coordinate aircraft maintenance personnel performing maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, repair, and modification on UH-60 Black Hawk and/or CH-47 Chinook aircraft.
  • •Plan, assign, prioritize, and monitor daily maintenance activities to meet aircraft maintenance requirements and established delivery schedules.
  • •Provide technical leadership and oversight for scheduled/unscheduled maintenance, inspections, repairs, modifications, and component replacement, including engines, rotors, transmissions, flight controls, hydraulics/pneumatics, fuel systems, landing gear, and airframe/structural components.
  • •Ensure compliance with applicable technical manuals, maintenance procedures, engineering drawings/blueprints/schematics, and quality and safety standards; review documentation for accuracy and compliance before work packages move forward.
  • •Coordinate across production control, quality control, engineering, supply, safety, and other departments; manage inspections, component removals/installations, adjustments, rigging, troubleshooting, structural repairs, and training for mechanics and technicians.
