Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute and be responsible for basic alterations (hemming, patch and repair, tapering) and more technical alterations using necessary equipment.
  • •Provide strong customer service to elevate the client experience.
  • •Educate and train store teams on customer offerings and services provided by the Tailor Shop.
  • •Perform detailed appearance altering processes for items other than jeans.
  • •Use tailor shop tools while meeting physical requirements of the role.
