Lead the design and execution of a comprehensive enterprise learning and enablement strategy for RapidScale within a fast-growing MSP, aligning curriculum, delivery, and vendor resources with cloud service offerings (AWS/Azure/Google) to boost performance, scalability, and customer outcomes across geographies.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute a long-term learning strategy (minimum 3-year cycle) that aligns with business objectives, cloud service offerings, and operational excellence.
•Partner with executive leadership throughout the business to identify skill gaps, performance drivers, and growth opportunities.
•Serve as a strategic advisor to the COO and executive team on workforce capability and learning investments.
•Create and manage a trusted vendor ecosystem that provides scalable, role-based curricula for Sales and Operations, with other teams to follow.
•Oversee external instructional design teams to produce engaging content including e-learning, virtual instructor-led training, and microlearning.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 10 years’ experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and 8 years’ experience; a Ph.D. and 5 years’ experience in a related field; or 14 years’ experience in a related field
•At least 10 years of experience in Learning & Development, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (Director+) within a technology or services organization.
•Proven success in designing and executing enterprise-wide learning strategies that drive measurable business outcomes, with the necessary financial acumen to clearly display the ROI of your organization.
•Expertise in instructional design, adult learning theory, and digital learning platforms.
•Strong executive presence and ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
