Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle merchandise purchase transactions and ensure customer satisfaction before completing purchases.
  • •Count product received and count out all product at the end of the show.
  • •Set up merch booth and product displays based on guidance from the Insomniac merchandise management team.
  • •Enter the correct products into the cash register/POS to maintain accurate inventory.
  • •Provide customer service and help maintain booth cleanliness and organization while following safety and theft-prevention procedures.
