Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement program plans and strategies aligned to organizational goals.
  • •Lead complex program activities to deliver on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • •Coordinate value-stream delivery across Production → MES → Quality → Performance with CI and Digital (IT) teams.
  • •Create repeatable standard work and manage cross-site sequencing and dependencies for scalable deployment.
  • •Track business value and benefit realization and communicate progress, risks, and outcomes via steering committees.
