R&D Engineer

Support R&D programs that deliver customer-valued packaging solutions and drive profitable growth. Contribute to research, applications development, materials enhancements, and cost-out initiatives, including technical/product support across multiple processes. Partner with Engineering, Operations, and Quality to resolve technical challenges, define critical-to-quality specifications, and execute production trials using Design of Experiments, Lean, and statistical analysis while building risk management fundamentals and documenting outcomes.
