Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and drive the roadmap for Finance systems, aligning Finance process needs with system capabilities.
  • •Collaborate with functional teams to identify, define, and document business needs, user requirements, and system enhancements.
  • •Lead business process reviews and formulate use cases with business users.
  • •Manage end-to-end delivery for projects and enhancements, including requirements gathering, functional design, solution validation, and UAT.
  • •Provide operational support for Finance systems, including user guidance, authorization/administration, incident resolution, change management, and post-implementation reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Computer Science, Business IT, or a related discipline.
  • •At least 3 years of experience in Finance, Business Technology, or ERP system implementation.
  • •Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA FI & CO and strong knowledge of core Finance processes (e.g., General Ledger, AP, AR, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders).
  • •Experience with Agile delivery and stakeholder management.
  • •Exposure to tools such as SharePoint and Tableau; self-starter with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
