Job Summary

Join the Media Network team to build agent-driven infrastructure for optimizing global TikTok streaming traffic. You’ll design and implement agent toolchains and simulation environments, develop GPU resource management and scheduling for training/inference/evaluation workloads, and collaborate with algorithms, applications, and platforms to improve performance, stability, and user experience of the agent R&D platform. You’ll also explore LLM/agent ecosystem technologies and apply them to business scenarios.

Key Responsibilities

•Explore and build efficient network optimization agent infrastructure to improve agent algorithm strategies and engineering architectures for traffic optimization in live streaming and related scenarios.
•Design and implement agent infrastructure and toolchains, including agent framework, sandbox/simulation environment, personalized memory, tools, and an automatic evaluation system.
•Design and implement internal GPU resource management and scheduling to improve elasticity and utilization across training, inference, and evaluation workloads.
•Collaborate with algorithms, applications, and platforms to optimize agent R&D platform capabilities, stability, and user experience.
•Explore and introduce AI agent ecosystem technologies and advanced agent application solutions for business scenarios.

Key Requirements

•Currently completing a Bachelor's or Masters' degree in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
•Solid computer fundamentals with familiarity with common server-side components and strong system design capabilities.
•Excellent coding skills with high standards for code quality, style, and understanding of familiar programming languages.
•Understand LLM/agent-related technologies and use large model capabilities to assist problem-solving.
•Prefer LLM/agent project and internship experience, and have strong learning, exploration, and problem-analysis skills.
