Job Summary

Manage health, safety, hygiene, sanitation, and environmental standards across food hall operations. Oversee stewarding and dishwashing processes, waste disposal, cleanliness of tenant pods and guest facilities, and conduct daily/weekly inspections, audits, and corrective actions. Develop and implement a HACCP management system, coordinate maintenance and pest control, manage sanitation inventory, and lead training and supervision to ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and environmental regulations across food hall operations.
•Develop and implement a comprehensive HACCP management system and conduct daily/weekly inspections and audits.
•Supervise stewarding team operations and oversee dishwashing procedures, cleanliness of guest facilities, and waste disposal/recycling.
•Manage sanitation inventory (AMSD) including cleaning chemicals, supplies, disposables, and bi-weekly crockery/cutlery checks.
•Coordinate maintenance and pest control services, provide training for tenants and staff, and report weekly updates and compliance matters to management.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in a similar managerial position.
•Certifications in HACCP Level 3 or higher and Food Safety Level 3 or higher.
•Fire Safety Training and First Aid Certification.
•Sustainability or Environmental Management certification (e.g., ISO 14001 Lead Implementer/Lead Auditor) required or preferred.
•Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and workplace health & safety practices in hospitality/F&B, with advanced English communication and Microsoft Office proficiency.
