Lead market planning for the Platforms proposition across APAC by serving as the local commercial leader and partnering with Sales, Product, Professional Services, and Marketing. Drive regional and global initiatives to strengthen customer engagement, improve market confidence, and accelerate adoption. Translate customer and commercial feedback into actions, develop cross-sell and upsell campaigns, use business metrics to execute new initiatives, and support deal reviews and GTM activities.

•Identify and drive regional/global initiatives within the Platforms space to maintain competitive position and drive growth and customer satisfaction.
•Gather feedback from customers, Sales, Professional Services, and support on platform performance and translate insights into initiatives for satisfaction, retention, and growth.
•Develop and coordinate cross-sell and upsell campaigns for Sales to maximize revenue.
•Leverage business performance metrics to identify and execute new initiatives that improve customer satisfaction and revenues.
•Assist with new business opportunities, pricing approvals, deal reviews, and support GTM processes and customer calls when required.
