Job Summary

Perform routine electronic, electromechanical, and mechanical sub-assembly and assembly operations under close supervision. Assemble and install electrical/mechanical components using specified work instructions such as blueprints and wire lists, using small hand tools. Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, and Continuous Improvement teams to meet daily/monthly production targets, ensure compliance to SOP process parameters, and maintain accurate traceability and EH&S standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare for assembly by performing routine tasks.
•Assemble and/or install electrical and/or mechanical components according to operation/sequence specified by blueprints, wire lists, diagrams, or shop practices.
•Use small hand tools (e.g., soldering irons, wire strippers, crimpers, wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, and hammers) to complete assembly activities.
•Work with Manufacturing, Quality, and Continuous Improvement teams to meet daily/monthly production targets, support CI culture/lean tools, and ensure products meet company procedures.
•Ensure compliance with SOP process specifications and parameters and maintain accurate traceability data and records while following EH&S practices.

Key Requirements

•Senior high school fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
•1–3 years of related experience and/or training is an advantage.
•Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
•Equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.
•Preferably experience with manufacturing tools/techniques such as CI, Kaizen, and 5S.
