Supervise airport services to ensure timely, efficient, and professional ground operations aligned with commercial, safety, and security standards. Coordinate handling agents, service providers, other airlines, and authorities, proactively managing disruptions such as overbookings, weather impacts, delays, and cancellations. Oversee post-flight activity, baggage claims, ticket desk coverage, and lounge support when required, while coaching airport services agents and supporting staff performance reviews.

Key Responsibilities

•Supervise and coordinate internal and external agencies to ensure all operational areas are fully covered to required standards.
•Analyse operational risks (overbookings, adverse weather, delays, cancellations, crew flight time limitations) and take remedial/proactive action to minimise customer disruption.
•Ensure handling agents, caterers, and service providers are briefed on Emirates’ requirements for the day, including special handling.
•Manage post-flight activity to protect revenue and support handling of customers and dead load at stations and destinations.
•Process baggage claims and manage ticket desk/ticketing/reservation support where applicable; respond to queries, complaints, and claims efficiently.

Key Requirements

•Minimum O Level (or equivalent).
•Complete relevant and recognised professional training in Customer Services and Ground Operations.
•4+ years of airline industry experience (outstation requirements).
•Working knowledge of Reservations/Fares and Ticketing, and Departure Control Systems.
•Fluency in spoken and written English and the local language; must have the right to live and work Thailand.
