Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide enrichment experiences for gifted/talented students and deliver qualitatively differentiated instruction in classroom settings.
  • •Collaborate with teachers and support stakeholders by providing resources and promoting participation in related professional development.
  • •Collect and analyze student data and work samples to monitor progress toward Educational Plan (EP) goals and prescribe enrichment as needed.
  • •Develop compliant EPs, progress reports, and state-specific special education documentation; facilitate exceptional student education meetings such as annual EP meetings.
  • •Prepare students for high-stakes standardized tests and maintain positive rapport with families through timely communication and support for learning coaches/parents.
