Lead cost management delivery for real estate projects, guiding a team to produce high-quality estimates in the CIQS elemental format (class D to A). Own financial management including margins and monthly fee/resource forecasts, while providing quality assurance on team outputs. Drive growth by developing and expanding client opportunities, cross-selling, and leading proposals for new work and variations. Manage staff performance and support recruiting activities.
