Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Strategic Talent team in delivering HR programs and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • •Assist with workforce planning, succession planning, performance management, compensation guidance, employee engagement, and talent development activities.
  • •Analyze HR data and prepare reports, presentations, and insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • •Contribute to employee engagement, learning, recognition, and talent development initiatives that enhance the employee experience.
  • •Partner with stakeholders on HR projects, change management activities, and HR process/policy documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, Commerce, or a related field.
  • •Must be enrolled in a recognized co-op program and return to full-time studies upon completion of the work term.
  • •Demonstrated interest in Human Resources, employee experience, talent management, workforce planning, or organizational development.
  • •Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and communicate insights effectively.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
