Técnico/a de Sistemas Junior

Support and administer IT infrastructure as a junior systems technician in a specialized operations team. You’ll help monitor services and platforms, manage incident queues with first-level escalation, run documented routine checks, and keep technical documentation and records up to date. You’ll also contribute to alert detection, assist with functional testing/technical validations, and support reporting and service KPI follow-up while applying security and data-quality procedures.
