Job Summary

Generate revenue for KSA real estate by sourcing and closing HNWI and institutional leads from clients’ base countries. Partner with marketing to manage lead qualification through deal closure, build relationships with investment institutions and banks, and drive pipeline through roadshows, forums, conferences, and expos. Serve as an end-to-end advisor for KSA real estate investing and advise on immigration/visa-related processes, plus support special projects across commercial, regulatory, and financial areas.

Key Responsibilities

•Generate HNWI leads from investors’ base countries in coordination with marketing, qualifying and closing real estate deals in KSA
•Build partnerships with investment institutions, banks, agencies, and other lead sources to maintain a steady pipeline
•Identify and run events in base countries, and in coordination with KSA HQ conduct roadshows, PR events, investment forums, and conferences
•Advise clients end-to-end on KSA real estate investment and provide guidance on exit strategy when needed
•Act as resident representative for Bayut and contribute to special projects across commercial, regulatory, and financial areas

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a relevant field
•5-10 years of sales or partnership management
•Proven commercial sales executive experience meeting or exceeding targets
•Proven track record working with high net worth clients
•In-depth knowledge of commercial avenues and real estate sales, with ability to analyze data to find trends and problems
