Assistant Manager

Support day-to-day facility operations at a Forge & Build location, driving store sales and profitability while managing inventory, expenses, and merchandising standards. Lead and develop store associates, ensure compliance and safety practices, coordinate receiving and dispatch, and improve the customer experience. Help manage P&L responsibilities with the Store Manager, mitigate loss through inventory control, and implement operational changes to support the growth strategy and long-term relationships.
