Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute enterprise-wide revenue cycle strategy across all Medical City assets, including pricing, monetization, and payer mix optimization.
  • •Establish an integrated, standardized revenue cycle model spanning hospitals, clinics, sports medicine, and wellness services, covering patient access through denials management.
  • •Own revenue forecasting, budgeting inputs, and revenue stream financial planning; analyze denials, write-offs, underpayments, and collection efficiency.
  • •Lead payer negotiations and contract structuring, monitor reimbursement performance, and ensure compliance with payer requirements.
  • •Drive digital transformation of revenue cycle operations using advanced RCM systems, automation tools, and analytics platforms, including real-time dashboards and predictive analytics.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or Healthcare Administration.
  • •12–15+ years in healthcare RCM.
  • •Experience leading revenue cycle strategy, pricing, and service monetization initiatives.
