Principal Product Manager, Core Banking

Lead product strategy and roadmap for SoFi’s Core Banking domain as a senior individual contributor. Own complex, cross-functional initiatives such as core conversion enablement and US market expansion, and connect business needs to org-level technical strategy. Operate autonomously by setting operating rhythms, framing problem spaces, making informed trade-offs, and partnering with engineering, compliance, risk, legal, marketing, sales, and client teams—while embedding responsible-AI and regulatory posture into the core product.
