Laboratory Technician

Conduct laboratory testing and analysis of automotive paint materials, chemicals, and process parameters to ensure consistent paint quality, process stability, and compliance with company and OEM standards. Monitor paint shop bath parameters, run chemical/solution analyses with control charts, perform coating thickness and defect root-cause investigations, and support paint trials and material qualifications. Maintain calibrated lab equipment and accurate records while following HSE and MSDS guidelines in a shift-based manufacturing environment.
