VSE Customer Engineer II

Serve as the direct liaison with customers to install, maintain, and upgrade semiconductor/display equipment. Troubleshoot issues using digital analytics and basic diagnostic techniques, then perform preventative and corrective maintenance across electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic, and gas systems (training provided). Collaborate with Senior Field Service Engineers and coordinate directly with customers to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service on-site.
