Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all aspects of the assigned branch, driving branch performance through leading, coaching, and managing.
  • •Drive branch business development and revenue, including small business development and new client strategies.
  • •Promote community involvement and build the Truist brand through civic, government, professional, business, and community affairs.
  • •Partner with IRM and operations to ensure compliance with bank procedures, internal controls, and risk management, and complete required training.
  • •Lead human capital activities including interviewing, selection, hiring, workforce scheduling, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment, including applicable NMLS background check.
