Job Summary

Support retail asset operations by monitoring financial and operational performance, analyzing underperforming assets, and researching market trends to identify acquisition opportunities. Assist with financial reporting and basic analysis using IRR, ROI, and ROE, and contribute to feasibility studies for M&A decisions. Help manage asset-operations metrics, produce portfolio and development pipeline reports, and analyze regular performance updates from Retail GMs to recommend improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare reports for assigned assets and consolidation of combined assets.
•Research market trends to identify and support acquisition opportunities.
•Support financial reporting by gathering data and assisting in basic financial analysis (IRR, ROI, ROE).
•Contribute to feasibility studies for potential M&A decisions and support the development pipeline with AI-DM.
•Develop and maintain metrics for Asset Operations and analyze reports from Retail GMs to recommend portfolio performance improvements.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 4+ years of related experience in retail asset properties.
•Knowledge and exposure to the GCC real estate market; Abu Dhabi retail market experience preferred.
•Bachelor degree in engineering, business, or economics; MBA.
•Good analytical and quantitative skills.
•Well-versed in MS Office; strong communication, reporting, and planning/organizing skills.
