Key Responsibilities

  • •Advocate for the carrier network by forming and maintaining long-lasting relationships with new and existing carriers.
  • •Maintain and update carrier databases for dedicated volume events, including hosting orientation calls for newly onboarded carriers.
  • •Remediate issues and manage escalations in a timely and effective manner while negotiating rates to secure competitive pricing.
  • •Lead lane/contract termination conversations when carriers are under review and maintain termination records.
  • •Provide weekly performance overviews (Wins, Opportunities & Threats) and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and systems.

Key Requirements
