Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead impactful customer technical projects by delivering production-grade systems and reference architectures, including data ingestion and ML/AI model integration.
  • •Guide strategic customers through end-to-end design, build, and deployment of big data and AI applications, working with engagement managers to scope technical delivery.
  • •Bootstrap or implement customer projects to support architecture/design, evaluation, and adoption of Databricks.
  • •Lead architecture and design decisions to ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with customer needs and Databricks best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience in data engineering, data platforms & analytics, or software engineering.
  • •Comfort writing code in Python, Scala, and/or JavaScript/TypeScript with modern frameworks.
  • •Working knowledge of two or more cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP) with expertise in at least one.
  • •Deep experience with distributed computing using Apache Spark, including Spark runtime internals.
  • •Experience with technical project delivery, including managing scope/timelines and translating complex concepts into actionable outcomes.
