Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and build the development and production platforms that power new products, enabling reliability and security at scale.
  • •Own the development of new user-facing generative AI features and product experiences end-to-end.
  • •Partner with researchers, engineers, product managers, and designers to bring new features and research capabilities to the world.
  • •Accelerate engineering productivity by empowering fellow engineers with tooling and systems.
  • •Be responsible for the reliability of the systems built, including an on-call rotation to respond to critical incidents as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 210,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of engineering experience in various tech environments, including product-driven companies.
  • •Experience with TypeScript/React on the frontend and Python on the backend.
  • •Ability to take ownership in a fast-paced startup environment and design, build, and scale production systems.
  • •Experience designing, building, and scaling production systems to deliver new product capabilities and manage increasing demand.
  • •Interest in AI/LLM technology and building user-facing AI features.
