Lead the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of national, regional, and field-based training programs that support Area, Territory, and Regional Managers. Partner with Sales Leadership and Marketing to shape curriculum strategy, build onboarding/certification pathways, and close clinical and business skill gaps. Use AI, advanced analytics, and digital learning (e-learning and virtual platforms) to scale training, personalize learning, and track performance outcomes tied to field execution and patient-related business results.

•Develop and execute a field-focused training and development strategy aligned to business priorities.
•Design competency-based programs to strengthen clinical expertise, business acumen, and sales execution.

•Partner with sales leaders to identify field skill gaps and deploy targeted coaching and training solutions.
•Lead training strategy and execution for national sales meetings, using AI, digital platforms, and analytics to scale and measure impact.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 175,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree required.
•5+ years of sales experience in life sciences or medical device required.
•3+ years in sales training or coaching required.
•Experience developing training programs required.
•Prior leadership experience preferred.
