Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team of technicians for manufacturing operations, equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities.
  • •Own safety, quality, staffing, scheduling, and employee performance management; act as first point of escalation for on-shift operational, safety, and security issues.
  • •Manage shift operations including workstation assignments, rotations, vacations, overtime, break coverage, and contingency staffing.
  • •Partner with engineering to resolve equipment and operational issues, improve tool performance, and sustain manufacturing health.
  • •Oversee scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and develop strategies to enhance operational capability for future manufacturing requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science & Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
  • •OR 5+ years of semiconductor manufacturing or wafer fabrication experience, including leadership responsibilities.
  • •OR 4+ years of people management or leadership experience in a manufacturing or military environment.
  • •Maintain required certification levels and workforce readiness to support production and wafer ramp targets.
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead safety, quality, and operational performance for on-shift execution.
