Senior Design Engineer

Develop and improve solid rocket motor designs and related equipment for defense munitions, ensuring requirements are met using Creo. Perform structural, thermal, and fluid dynamics analyses, create manufacturing and prototype plans with production teams, and lead R&D initiatives to strengthen propulsion capabilities. Plan and oversee testing programs, and produce clear design and test reports documenting outcomes and recommendations for stakeholders.
