Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and drive global TIQ engineering strategy, BKMs, and business processes.
  • •Lead year-on-year optimization in TIQ safety, schedule, cost, BKM, and quality while monitoring and benchmarking fab performance.
  • •Drive front-end materials cash cost VE strategy and manage cross-functional programs across relevant chemical and materials areas.
  • •Manage global portfolios of TIQ and cost programs to maximize ROI by setting scope, milestones, resources, and risk mitigation and resolving issues.
  • •Lead, mentor, and develop global engineering and program teams, setting goals and performance expectations and fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Master’s preferred).
  • •Eligibility minimum E5 or M1+.
  • •5+ years of semiconductor technical leadership or management experience in a 300mm FAB.
  • •Strong knowledge of TIQ and front-end manufacturing, including front-end materials cost drivers.
  • •Experience leading global, cross-functional teams and complex programs, with strong analytical and fact-based decision-making skills.
