Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead strategic long-lead IP design from architectural conception through development with architects and engineering leadership.
  • •Manage cross-program resource and scheduling models across multiple product streams and align IP component schedules with peer IP program managers and SoC milestones.
  • •Provide data-driven insights for prioritization, scoping, and risk management to support leadership.
  • •Represent the Infinity Fabric organization in quality, time-to-market, and continuous improvement initiatives; facilitate execution tradeoffs and risk mitigation.
  • •Coordinate communication between leadership and engineering teams, resolve late discoveries or scope adjustments, and develop and maintain architectural and micro-architectural documentation deliverables.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated experience in technical program management and delivering complex silicon, software, or hardware programs.
  • •Experience leading global, cross-functional engineering programs and managing resource and scheduling models across multiple product streams.
  • •Strong understanding of the concept-to-production silicon lifecycle and defect management.
  • •Experience developing long-term program plans with clear deliverables and milestones.
  • •Strong written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills; experience with collaboration tools (e.g., TWiki, Confluence, JIRA) is preferred.
