Smokehouse Operator - 3rd Shift

Operate meat smokehouse equipment and support meat processing tasks to deliver safe, high-quality products. You’ll work with computerized machine equipment, maintain a safe and efficient production line, and ensure production schedules are met (including possible overtime). The role is physically demanding and requires attention to detail, strong hand-eye coordination, adherence to safety/PPE procedures, and consistent teamwork to meet safety and quality standards.
