Senior Professional Nurse - Theatre

Support the Unit Manager by mitigating clinical risks and coordinating care to ensure a safe, positive patient experience in the theatre unit. Provide direct patient care and mentorship to new and student nurses. Lead and maintain clinical quality standards, manage the client experience, and optimize staffing resources. Support operational expense management, including stock and capital, while strengthening staff competence through continuous assessment and development.
