Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate, monitor, and maintain wastewater collection, pre-treatment, and full treatment systems or other water/wastewater treatment systems.
  • •Conduct wastewater sampling and perform chemical analysis in and out of the laboratory.
  • •Make system adjustments based on interpretation of chemical analysis results to maintain regulatory compliance.
  • •Complete computerized reports and compile required monthly reports; maintain operations logs.
  • •Perform minor to major maintenance on equipment and operate a spotter truck and/or forklift.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • •1+ years maintenance/wastewater experience preferred.
  • •Basic computer skills with knowledge of Word and Excel.
  • •Must successfully complete and obtain required storm water training/certification programs within specified timeframes.
  • •Physically able to lift heavy objects (30 pounds), climb/descend stairs or ladders, work in unsanitary conditions, and work with hazardous chemicals.
