Key Responsibilities

•Champion design vision and execution across owned areas, from problem framing through prototyping, handoff, and iteration.
•Partner with Product and Engineering across the full lifecycle to identify requirements, recognize anti-patterns, and plan realistic builds.
•Translate clinical workflows, billing logic, and regulatory constraints into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
•Deliver exceptional visual craft across every screen, state, and flow.
•Evolve and maintain the design system, and mentor designers through pairing and critique.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 185,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5–8 years as a product designer at a fast-paced, design-led software company.
•Exceptional visual design fundamentals across typography, hierarchy, layout, spacing, color, and polish.
•Deep UX pattern knowledge with the ability to recognize anti-patterns and research articulate solutions.
•Advanced systems thinking with hands-on experience building and maintaining a functional design system.
•Ability to absorb complex, compliance-heavy subject matter and translate it into intuitive interfaces.
