Job Summary

Support the venue’s fast-paced food and guest service by performing table maintenance and opening/running/closing duties to company standards. Assist with guest inquiries, maintain line of sight and atmosphere control by circulating throughout the shift, and keep floors clean and safe by handling spills and trash properly. Maintain stocked lines, follow operating procedures and menu information, support private parties, and occasionally work special events.

•Keep floors neat and clean, handle spills immediately, and clean and stock line to par throughout the shift.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 16.5 hourly

Key Requirements

•Food service experience as an expeditor or server in a high-volume environment.
•High volume kitchen operations experience.
•Exceptional communication skills with a strong sense of urgency.
•Kitchen sanitation standards knowledge and critical thinking/decision making.
•High School diploma.
