Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive product execution end-to-end as the central bridge across founders, engineering, design, and clinical teams; own prioritization, define success metrics, and drive rapid iteration from insight to shipped product
  • •Build AI coaches for patients by creating AI voice-powered coaches that support cognitive health, mindfulness, and overall wellness, engaging patients between sessions and aiding in therapeutic practice
  • •Build AI care agents for healthcare providers by developing AI-native features including speech-to-text triage, care navigation copilots, auto-summarized progress notes, and intelligent intake
  • •Build the clinical operations layer by architecting the backbone of the care delivery engine—covering patient scheduling, documentation, and revenue cycle management with healthcare APIs
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally to shape product strategy and optimize user experience for clinicians and patients

  • •2+ years of product experience, with a track record of building and shipping products end-to-end in fast-paced startup environments
