Lead and own ezCater’s Enterprise Data Platform as a product, shaping the multi-quarter roadmap, governance, and AI-ready capabilities. Drive platform strategy, ensure reliable data products for analytics, BI, and AI/NLP experiences, and shepherd migration from legacy systems while coordinating with data engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and refine platform product strategy and vision aligned with Enterprise Data goals, and connect to data roadmaps with engineering leadership.
•Build and manage a multi-quarter, multi-team roadmap balancing foundational platform work with high-leverage analytics, self-service, and AI use cases.
•Own the platform governance charter including data classification, access controls, contracts between raw and refined data, and a reusable definition of done for data products.
•Design the end-to-end consumption experience for governed self-service, BI, and AI analytics, including readiness criteria and service levels for platform consumers.
•Partner with data science and ML teams, ensuring reliable data access, performance, and monitoring to support AI-enabled analytics.

•Deep familiarity with cloud data-warehouse/lakehouse architectures, data lakes, ELT and transformation patterns, and semantic/metrics layers to support AI analytics.
•Strong SQL and ability to explore data and platform metadata (logs, cost, usage) to validate requirements and size opportunities.
