Key Responsibilities

  • •Read and understand front elevation, wiring diagrams, bills of materials, and schematics to verify correct wiring, components, connectors, and structure assemblies per inspection procedures.
  • •Inspect products across all lines to confirm proper function of switchboards and electrical components, and identify non-conformances against customer, safety, and quality requirements.
  • •Examine and verify mating structures to ensure the job is complete and field installation is problem-free.
  • •Verify production-floor revision updates are incorporated, documentation reflects the current revision, and outdated documents are not used or discarded.
  • •Document and communicate non-conformances as critical quality records, confirm required rework, and communicate design errors for front-end correction.

Key Requirements
