  • •Communicate results and progress clearly and concisely to peers, upper management, and cross-functional groups.

Key Requirements

  • •PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related discipline.
  • •15+ years of R&D experience in thin-film solar (or closely related), including 10+ years with Perovskites in an industrial R&D environment.
  • •10+ years’ experience leading cross-functional efforts.
  • •Strong track record of innovation, including publications, patents, and tangible industrially relevant achievements.
  • •Strong understanding of intellectual property management, including maintaining and growing IP portfolios.
