Key Responsibilities

•Contribute to the perovskite R&D roadmap with a focus on manufacturing-relevant technologies in an industrial R&D environment.
•Champion key initiatives with cross-functional teams, driving improvements from conception to demonstration.
•Identify new concepts and work with the legal team on intellectual property management.
•Communicate results and progress clearly and concisely to peers, upper management, and cross-functional groups.
•Act as a safety role model and ensure a safety-first mindset across the team.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 232,570 - 331,500 annually

Key Requirements

•PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related discipline.
•15+ years of R&D experience in thin-film solar (or closely related), including 10+ years with Perovskites in an industrial R&D environment.
•10+ years’ experience leading cross-functional efforts.
•Strong track record of innovation, including publications, patents, and tangible industrially relevant achievements.
•Strong understanding of intellectual property management, including maintaining and growing IP portfolios.
