Key Responsibilities

  • •Support 2–3 rotations within the Commercial Sales team, gaining experience across retail, commercial & industrial end user, and sales support functions.
  • •In retail rotations, drive end-user sales and engagement through product knowledge, store presentations to key decision makers, and training store associates.
  • •In commercial & industrial rotations, engage professional end users and learn end-user development and purchasing processes while aligning with local market teams and product partners.
  • •In sales support rotations, provide operational and analytical support to tools & outdoor sales teams to maximize sales and profitability (e.g., track price blocks, promotions, and merchandising).
  • •Manage sales technology and analytics and help plan and execute POP materials, promotional target funds, and related training and merchandising improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Communications, Psychology, Business, or related majors.
  • •Recent graduates or early career professionals with less than 2 years of professional experience (including internship/co-op).
  • •Analyze Power BI and Salesforce data to develop strategic growth plans to improve financial performance.
  • •Strong communication skills (verbal, written, interpersonal) to partner with customers and internal teams.
  • •Ability to relocate anywhere within the US for 2–3 rotations and work occasional weekends (8–10 annually).
