Key Responsibilities

  • •Define accuracy targets, build evaluation harnesses, and drive systems to target with evidence.
  • •Set and maintain governance, risk, security, and human-in-the-loop guardrails as systems evolve.
  • •Embed control patterns and feedback loops that improve the system after release.
  • •Establish release evidence and hold the release gate from prototype to production.
  • •Design client adoption/change approach, lead enablement, and drive post-go-live usage tracking for human-agent confidence.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years across AI governance, model risk, security, responsible AI, or large-scale technology change and adoption.
  • •Hands-on evaluation experience with generative or agentic systems.
  • •Working knowledge of the APAC regulatory environment relevant to the market.
  • •Practical change and enablement capability with technical audiences and frontline users.
  • •Able to build trust with sceptical stakeholders and use evidence to make decisions.
