Job Summary

Develop and review cost estimates for HVAC-related projects by analyzing plans and specifications, quantities, configurations, and related labor and equipment needs. Coordinate equipment, controls, and services selection with internal teams and external partners, and prepare and validate proposal packages and equipment submittals. Provide facility-related solution guidance and estimating support to the equipment sales team while helping account managers bid projects accurately and on time.

•Consult and help develop facility-related solutions for customer problems.
•Determine project needs, constraints, and responsibilities to meet HVAC system design and installation requirements.
•Develop, evaluate, and discuss possible solutions and coordinates selection, pricing, and integration of equipment, controls, and services with project stakeholders.
•Prepare, finalize, and review proposal packages and equipment submittals; assist account managers with proposal price, selling strategy, and fulfillment scheduling.

•Equivalent combination of education and relevant industry experience is acceptable.
•Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•Ability to prioritize tasks, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
•Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs; familiarity with HVAC systems and/or temperature controls is preferred; valid driver’s license required for at least 12 months.
